Defense logistics, program support and compliant market access for organizations operating across the Gulf of Guinea corridor.
Capability overviewWho we are
Nako Defense Group LLC is a U.S.-based company supporting defense contractors, equipment manufacturers and security-services firms that need credible execution in West Africa without building permanent infrastructure there.
Clients contract with one accountable American entity. Delivery is coordinated through established, vetted relationships in Ghana, Nigeria and the wider ECOWAS region.
01
Structured in-country capability without the cost and delay of a permanent entity.
02
Delivery support for programs that contractors and institutions already hold.
03
A disciplined route for manufacturers assessing or expanding within regional markets.
04
Documentation that keeps cross-border activity visible, reviewable and controlled.
The operating corridor
Our near-term focus is the Gulf of Guinea littoral: markets where established relationships and on-the-ground knowledge create meaningful execution capability.
How we work
Nako scopes, contracts and invoices from the United States while supervising vetted delivery partners.
Export-control, anti-corruption, counterparty-screening and conflict-review controls guide each engagement.
Compliance-led by design
Engagements are documented, fees are disclosed and non-contingent, and counterparties are screened. Activities that require a registration, license or approval begin only after the applicable authorization is in place.
